Malta backs training three ways — and they work differently. MySkills is a cash grant reimbursement (up to 80% for employed participants, 100% for unemployed, max €5,000 per application). Get Qualified is a personal tax credit for individuals (up to 70%, max €10,000). Investing in Skills (IIS) is a tax credit for Malta-registered employers funding staff training (up to 70%).
